Quality aluminum castings are produced in our in-house foundry. The no-bake process is utilized to produce aluminum castings ranging from 1lb to 500lbs. Most molds are cast from A356 primary alloy, with #443, and #319 alloys also available.
Carroll Industrial Molds Inc. can produce prototype, one-off, or short run production castings. Depending on the casting configuration, tolerances of +/- .030" can be held. Casting finish is excellent with many completed EPS molds shipped "as cast" with only minimal cavity polishing required.
